Autocross #3 capped off a week of balmy weather with a picture perfect day at Alameda Gateway. Ex-chair Bill Dally designed a course that his 914, and all the rest of the 914s, seemed to take a liking to, with 6 of the top ten times coming from 914s.

TToD and first place in PAX went to Andrew Blyholder in the Hamilton Engineering 914.

TToD Ladies went to Pilar Miranda in her GT3. She had a very strong day, finishing 10th overall and 16th in PAX.

Terry Zaccone and Dave McGuigan both had very impressive times representing the "old-school" 911 crowd, coming in 11th and 14th overall. Very fast for a pair of daily-driver street cars.

Redwood Region has an autocross this weekend, May 24th, at the Sonoma County Airport

The next zone autocross is May 31st in Stockton.

The next GGR autocross is June 21st, but don't forget the New Drivers Control Clinic June 14th and the Beginners Autocross School on June 15th, both at Candlestick Park.
