Bongo’s main goal in life is to please every human he sees. Wether that be charging and jumping at his owners when they come home, clawing at the ground while on the leash so that he can get closer to whatever human he has locked his eyes on, or fighting his brother to lay on his favorite persons lap. He’s very timid around other dogs and shows immense guilt when he gets caught being naughty. He’s a very good beggar when it comes to human meal time; he works every angle he can to get something. If he’s not doing any of what was mentioned, he’s staring you down with his signature frown. - Ron B

Benjamin Franklin’s past is unknown. He was adopted in July of 2025. Frank loves humans and especially loves playing tug of war against humans. He loves food. More than any dog I’ve ever met. No matter what is in front of him, if he hears a chip bag he becomes hypnotized. His favorite toy is any ball, he can push and chase a ball around the house indefinitely. He’s still adjusting to living with another dog, he doesn’t like to share toys and scratches, but with proper discipline and training he is learning quick that he’s not the only dog in the world! - Paige B

I found Nella in a shelter in NY - the previous owner left her behind while moving! :( She has been the sweetest presence in our family for the last 11 years, from being my study buddy in grad school, to moving across the country for a new life in CA, and cheering us up during the quarantine. In the Bay Area she embraced leash walking (with a record of 0.4 miles!). Nella is now 14 years old and is spending her golden years napping in the sun and occasionally schooling her little brother Jin Jin. - Diana B

Bella is a unique Siamese. She’s a Chocolate Lynx Point Siamese. They are too smart and are able to open doors, tell you what they want, and are very vocal. She has the vestigial “M” on her forehead seen on a number of wild big cats such as tigers and lynx. And she has “stripes” on legs and tail.
