Discussion about October track event at Laguna Seca
The Track team proposes including a Club Race in the event (as was previously budgeted) to help with annual revenue after weaker-than-expected performance on some other events this year (fewer April Thunderhill registrations than March, Sonoma weekend having to include a Monday).
The Track team also intends to prioritize registrations for people with prior experience in our programs and keep run groups smaller than the insurance-mandated cap to maximize enjoyment. They will not accept new Student registrations, so only Students close to certification would be considered. There would be no Yellow DE run group at this event, which allows for separate Green, Blue, and Red groups.
Vote to include a Club Race at October Laguna event: APPROVED
Trailer title will be transferred to the Club
