PCA-GGR Autocross #8

PCA-GGR Autocross Enthusiasts,

Our Autocross #8 took place on Sunday, October 12th at Crows Landing NAS.  We had 65 drivers registered in 56 cars, with 48 drivers in Zone 7 Classes and 17 drivers in Fun Class, including 11 first-time Students.  Our course was designed by Peyton Chen – drivers really liked the long and open course which used a long section of a runway and taxiway and was quite readable and fun.  

In RAW time, Steve Lau (2010 Cayman “Stormy” #87) laid claim to TToD with a 59.303(1) sec, Teddy Framhein (2025 GT4 RS #106) took 2nd with a fast time of 60.606 sec, and Monty Pack (2018 GT3 #1) took 3rd with a great time of 61.920 sec.  

In PAX time, Teddy Framhein claimed 1st place with a 59.273 sec run, Steve Lau took 2nd at 59.303 sec and Peyton Chen (2022 718 Spyder #29) took 3rd at 60.348 sec.  Other notable PAX finishes included Monty Pack in 4th at 60.558 sec, Connie Lu (2014 Boxster S #92) in 5th at 60.599 sec and RJ Harrison (2022 718 Spyder #242) in 6th at 61.431 sec.
