Dear GGR Members,

On September 13, the actual PCA 70th anniversary date, our Region had the trifecta. We had an Autocross, a Track Day, and a Tour that ended up with lunch at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa. We are so blessed that we have amazing weather, diverse scenery, and great facilities that allow us to enjoy our Porsches in so many different ways.

Of the three events offered, I chose to be at Thunderhill Raceway, where we had a HPDE, Club Race, and Time Trials on Sunday. Weather was hot, but not unbearably so. There was a really nice dinner at the track on Saturday night, with hors d’oeuvres, BBQ, and two anniversary cakes.

For those of you that were able to join the Club activities on Saturday, thank you for being part of the celebration. For those of you that did not participate - you’re missing out! Please check out our events calendar on the website and get involved.
